The first time you get the T21 True Wireless Earbuds, the bluetooth headsets are separate from the charging case, you need to :

(1) Put the wireless earphones back in the case charging for a while

(2) Take out the T21 wireless earbuds from the charging case, then they will automatically turn on and available for a connection

(3) Connect the T21 bluetooth headphones to your phone via bluetooth menu

After the first connection completed, the bluetooth earbuds will automatically turn on and connect your smart phone when removed from the case, automatically turn off and charge when put back in the case.

Note:

(1) Please keep your wireless headphones charged when in low battery life (you could check the battery life anytime in the charging case) to achieve better Bluetooth connection and protect your battery
